What We Built
A full-stack platform: vendor portal with onboarding flows, catalog and inventory management, order engine, and a payment layer supporting multi-currency split payouts with automated tax calculation.
Vendor Portal and Onboarding
Vendors sign up, upload documents and track approval in a self-service portal. The flow collects business and tax details, validates them locally and routes exceptions to admins, replacing long email threads with one tracked workflow.
Catalog and Order Engine
Vendors manage their own listings, stock and prices while admins keep global control over categories and promotions. Orders pass through a central engine that checks availability, currency and tax before a payment is captured.
Technical Approach
The platform uses a modular full-stack architecture: a vendor portal, a centralized admin dashboard and an API-first payment layer. All 40,000+ SKUs are indexed for fast search, and payout rules are configurable rather than hard-coded.
Payment and Tax Automation
Split payouts are calculated per vendor and per order, converted to local currency and taxed by destination country. Reconciliation now runs from a single report, and entering a new country is a configuration change, not a rebuild.
The Result
Vendor onboarding dropped from two weeks to 48 hours. The platform now processes payments in 6 countries automatically, and the team manages the entire catalog from one dashboard.
